Our Christian family mentoring programs empower parents to embrace a kingdom-focused parenting mindset and build strong, faith-filled homes. We offer Christian parenting support, missionary family tools, and mentorship that brings hope, healing, and restoration. Because of our years overseas, we understand families from diverse cultures and backgrounds—including single parents—and adapt with practical, life-changing solutions.
We provide guidance for missionaries, church leaders, and families in English, German, Swiss German, and French—available online or in person. While our foundation is in God, we welcome everyone to come as they are and discover encouragement for their family journey.

Shamira & Hugues
Not regretting what we can change today has been our daily reminder to prioritize family life and put first things first at home. For over 19 years, God has allowed us to equip, encourage, and inspire families with faith-based freedom tools that strengthen marriages, parenting, and family discipleship. Our passion is to see families thrive, discover hope in their story, and walk in life-giving transformation.
In 2019, we left Switzerland with our three teenagers to serve in the NGO field, focusing on Christian parenting and family support in multicultural settings.
Shamira transitioned from a career in private banking to become a stay-at-home mom and family mentor. Hugues first trained as a nurse with a specialization in psychosocial care and later worked as a private banker’s assistant.
This mix of compassion and practical experience shapes how we guide and support families today.

The parenting class with Hugh was a transformational experience as my wife and I grow as young parents of a four year old and 6 months old. Hugh created a welcoming space to share honestly and provided not only information and new techniques in parenting, centered on Christ, but also an open and honest environment to process the triumphs and challenges of parenting. Being apart of Shamira's parenting group on the Mum's side was a mental, spiritual and emotional gift for me. I came away being able to listen to Holy Spirit and shift into HIs perspective for daily challenges that would usually exhaust me. I have treasured having my husband and I on the same page from our individual classes, and being able to talk through our actions with intention. Lastly, I've adored seeing how putting my family in the priority they should be, not just with my thoughts, but actions also, has created a more peaceful, solidified and joyful home. I have grown in my relationship with God, learning to be more sensitive to the Holy Spirit's voice especially in my life as a parent and as a wife.
I would like to say that being able to be part of the ministry Team (leading worship at the seminar) and also to attend, has been a real blessing for me! What I have received during these events is amazing, I always come out refreshed, feeling loved and understood :) so I wouldn't like to miss any of these events.
